ORDERING
Orders are processed every week day between 10am and 3pm EST. Orders are not processed on weekends. New Jersey tax of 6.63% is charged to applicable items.
SHIPPING
Shipping is $5.00 for each order. We offer standard domestic shipping for all orders using the USPS postal system.
- Packages are shipped between 3 - 5 business days from receipt of order.
- We ship Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Time frame for standard shipping is 3 to 10 days from shipping date and varies depending on your location.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your packages(s).
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
If you wish to return an item, contact us first for a Return Authorization number.
- You may return your item post-marked within 10 days for a refund. (If you can, use the same packaging we used and remove all outside labels.)
- If item is in good condition, we will issue a full refund of purchase price less 20% for re-stocking.
For example, you paid $100 for an item. When you return it in good condition, we will
refund $80 to your method of payment.
- We suggest you use USPS, UPS or FEDEX, insure your package when necessary and request a tracking number. We will not be held responsible for any lost/damaged return packages.
- All items being returned must be unworn, unaltered with all original tags attached. If the item is NOT in the same condition as you received it, you will not receive a refund. We will email you if such is the case.
- NO REFUNDS ON ITEMS $30 OR LESS.
- NO REFUNDS ON UNDERGARMENTS.
- NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM MADE ITEMS.
