SHOPPING AT LIBRA DESIGNS & FASHIONS

Orders are processed every week day between 10am and 5pm EST.  Orders are not processed on weekends.  New Jersey tax of 6.63% is charged to applicable items.

Shipping is $8.95 for each order. We offer standard domestic shipping for all orders using the USPS postal system.

• Packages are shipped between 3 - 5 business days from receipt of order. 
• We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
• Time frame for standard shipping is 3 to 10 days from shipping date and varies depending on your location. 
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your packages(s).
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

As we do not have a retail location, we can arrange for a local pickup in Paramus, NJ.  Contact us prior to purchasing.

No returns and no refunds on the following:

• Items under $30.00.
• Sale or discounted items, undergarments, lingerie, beauty products, jewelry, footwear are all final sale.
• Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

 If you wish to return an item, contact us first for a Return Authorization number and address.

• You may return your item post-marked within 10 days for a full refund, with proof of purchase, with all original tags.  If item is in good condition, we will issue a full refund of purchase price.
• We suggest you use USPS, UPS or FEDEX, insure your package when necessary and request a tracking number. We will not be held responsible for any lost/damaged return packages.
• All items being returned must be unworn, unaltered with all original tags attached. If the item is NOT in the same condition as you received it, you will not receive a refund. We will email you if such is the case.
